Edinburgh Cathedral Fundraising Concert – October 2023

We are delighted to announce that our next fundraising concert will be on Saturday 7th October in St Mary’s Cathedral in Edinburgh. Following the success of their concert for us in St Ninian’s Cathedral in Pereth last October, the renowned choir Vox Coelestis will perform a sumptuous programme of music including works by Grieg, Vaughan Williams, MacMillan, Esenvalds, Guerrero & Brumel. They are investigating how to use special lighting and singing in various spaces in the building to enhance the performance.

The internationally-renowned ex-Kings Singer and conductor of Tenebrae, Nigel Short, returns to conduct the choir, with which he has been associated since it started in 2005.
